专利摘要:
1512079 Knitting RHONE-POULENCTEXTILE 17 July 1975 [18 July 1974] 30071/75 Headings D1C and D1K A knitted fabric is produced from a series of warps 1 by a rotatable component 4 of which a hook 16 pulls a loop of each warp in succession through a loop of the preceding warp as it passes them, the threads being held by a ramp 5 on component 4 during the formation of stitches. Component 4 is carried on one of a pair of plates 6, 7, the latter carrying a ring gear or toothed belt 8 to drive component 4, both plates having bevel gears to engage bevel gear 9 driven by a motor and be driven in opposite directions.

(54) DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING KNITTING WITH CURVES WITH LOOPED KEYS
one
The invention relates to a knitwear industry and relates to a device for making knitwear with loops twisted half a turn, which is preferably in the form of a mesh tube.
A device for making knitwear with twisted loops twisted half a turn is known, contains means for feeding a system of threads, a mechanism for them and a means for directing threads in parallel with each other and at an equal distance from each other to the mechanism in bedsts 1, H 2, and 3.
This device is included as one of the main units in a flat two-bottom base of a hall. Machine, and the mechanism in the frame includes eyelets or the like needles fixed on two needle barx.
However, this device is complicated in construction and has low productivity.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and increase productivity.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for making knitwear with loops twisted in half a turn, the mechanism in the lower part contains a hook mounted for rotation around its axis and
5 moving along the filaments in the plane perpendicular to the direction of their supply and having a pointed curved carrier serving to sequentially grip the filaments and drive for
effecting said hook movements, kinematically associated with the core portion of the latter.
Figure 1 shows the device; figure 2 - the hook mechanism in the low;
15 on fig.Z - hook drive; 4 to 9 show cycles of the process of looping; in fig. the structure of the resulting knitwear ..
20 Figure 1 shows a series of threads 1, a means 2 for guiding the threads 1 in parallel between. by themselves and at equal distance from each other, having thread-conducting holes 3.
25 The mechanism in the low contains a hook 4, in front of which is a protrusion 5, which ensures that the threads hold when looping while the hook 4 rotates. The drive for rotating the hook 4 includes an upper conical
a gear wheel 6, a lower gear bevel wheel 7, a gear 8, a gear bevel wheel 9 which is engaged with the wheels 6 and 7 and mounted on the shaft 10.
The device is mounted on the frame 1-1, and the finished material 12 is guided through the tension roller 13 into a winding mechanism (not shown).
The hook 4 has a shaft portion 14 and a bevel 15, over which the loops slide, and a pointed curved nose 16, on the shaft portion 14 there is fixed a gear wheel 17, which engages with the gear 8, which allows the hook 4 to rotate about its axis 18. Bevel 15 may have a protrusion for better controlling the dropping of the dialed loop.
The device works as follows.
The pre-formed loop slides along the bevel 15, making an upward movement (FIG. 4), while the nose 16 of the hook 4, rotating, approaches the next thread
The end of the spout 16 captures the next thread (Fig. 5) and continues its movement. Further (Fig. 6), the captured loop slides off, as the spout 16 captures the thread entering the formed loop.
Hook 4 (Fig. 7) continues to rotate and the thread slides along the bevel 15 in an upward movement. Next (Fig. 8), the loop is inverted (twisted) by rotating the curved portion of the hook. The twisted loop slides over (figure 9), while the nose 16 of the hook again goes towards the new thread. The process then repeats.
These movements of the hook 4 receives from the drive, in which the engine start causes the shaft 10 to rotate with the gear wheel 9 and from the latter the rotation is transmitted to the toothed wheels 6 and 7. From the gear wheel 7 the gear 8 rotates and about
it is the gear wheel 17 and therefore the hook 4. Immediately, the gear wheel 6 carries the hook 4 with it, and thus the hook 4 rotates around the thread system along with rotation about its axis 18, i.e. moving in a circle (Fig. 1). Hook 4 can rotate around axis 18 at a speed of 4000-5000 rpm, which will ensure knitwear with high productivity. A machine
o can be equipped with several
devices, which, with each revolution of the gear wheel 6, make it possible to simultaneously form several looped rows.
